My goal is to help you move away from your fear and towards a place of clarity and confidence. I want to help you be the best version of yourself. You and I will work together to discover who you really are so you can move through life feeling empowered.
Clients come to me for help with anxiety, depression, and complex trauma. All of these struggles, especially complex trauma, rob you of joy, confidence, and the ability to feel secure. Healing is possible.
I am a humanistic therapist. This means that I believe you can heal from the past. I believe you are the expert on your life. Your experience in life is your truth. Awareness is the primary goal, because until you are aware of something you cannot change it, celebrate it, or even explore it.
My approach is integrative. I use Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness based approaches, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to strengthen your mind-body connection. This connection is the foundation of awareness.
